(August 12, 2018, 3:23 pm)I haven't tried every cut from my first beef share yet, but from what I have tried so far I must say that the quality and taste is fantastic. I will definitely will be purchasing another share again!
I've already been buying most of my beef at the butcher, but with this product/service I will be able to be 100% free of supermarket meat. -

The variety of cuts (and burgers, sausages, beef stock, beef fat) is excellent. It also bears noting that it is far more affordable than you may think. My (chef) wife and I highly recommend West Side Beef.

(July 8, 2016, 6:07 pm)I love this product. The idea of a meat share is brilliant, and when you do the math, the value is great! Very high quality cuts of meat with a ton of flavour. I love how the website provides information on each cut, and best cooking practices, too.
Do yourself a favour and participate in the program!
