(August 5, 2020, 5:24 pm)It’s difficult to criticize during a pandemic. Everybody at Volvo Metro West was friendly and strived to help.
I’m not certain that everything I wanted done was done and there was a lack of communication about what was and what wasn’t done to the car. Finally after almost 2.5 hours (was told that it would be 2+ hours) I had to ask if my car was ready rather than them telling or texting me.
Overall good, but far from great. -

The sales team are trained with expert knowledge on the vehicles and there is no undue pressure. The service team is great and punctual and they endeavour to get your vehicle ready and clean without any hassle.
