(June 23, 2019, 3:20 pm)The staff are helpful but absolutely not the manager. He is very arrogant and quite unresponsive towards a customer's inquiries. Sometimes he can be pretty rude as well. As a matter of fact, certainly he should not be a manager at a great shopping venue like Value Village.

(May 28, 2019, 1:55 am)I would love to visit this place again. The environment was so neat. The staff are amazing. The items on display are in very good condition. Wish I had gone there before buying some other things for my home.
