Trilogy is convenient, easy to schedule and Jen Shtulberg has been a pleasure to work with. Jen is extremely thorough with the on site treatment and the follow up for home treatment with their app. Also just a really friendly group of people at Trilogy, a good vibe that makes treatment something that you look forward to. For those in the west end I highly recommend Jen and the team at Trilogy.

(May 7, 2021, 8:48 pm)My first dealing with Trilogy has been an excellent one. Having experienced serious Achilles Tendonitis, I was referred to Jennifer Shtulberg, an exceptional professional. Jennifer applied several therapies to the affected area and then put me on a very simple exercise regimen. Within two weeks there was a marked improvement and after a follow-up visit, I am back to the level of activity I previously enjoyed.

The team are professional while also being pleasant and personable; they are efficient yet caring. Clinic director/PT Jason Gallant utilized a great mix of current technology (loved the emails with all my at home exercise videos/images), and tried and true therapy methods. I am grateful for the diagnosis, action plan and ultimate recovery!

The treatment plan he implemented has really helped and I appreciate the follow up emails I receive with examples of all the exercises we practiced. Also, the office has a great neighbourhood feel. Both friendly and inviting. I would highly recommend Trilogy...great spot!
