(July 26, 2019, 11:00 pm)One of the best Italian bakeries in Toronto. Bread is always baked fresh, good assortment of baked goods. Parking can sometimes be a challenge during lunch time.

The hot food area is an excellent addition also and there is table seating and a patio available (take out options too). Each time I've gone there it is crowded and overrun with a bunch of men just sitting around multiple tables chatting with no food in front of them (6 men and whole patio taken over). Very loud and it ruins the idea of eating there.

(June 19, 2019, 8:12 pm)Meals are great, food items are of good quality, pastries are delightful. Even when busy they are efficient. The reason I'm omiting 2 stars is for poor customer service. Some of the staff are unfriendly and make you feel like you're a burden on them. It really diminishes the overall experience.

(May 9, 2019, 10:29 pm)Great place and good coffee! Love the sandwiches. Tends to get busy during lunch but they're very fast in helping everyone out. The quality of deli and cheese is always good. Some other stuff are sometimes over priced but otherwise great place!
