This clinic has been terrific. My mum is 96 and Dr. Brown has been patient and attentive. He demonstrates concern for his patient and in my opinion goes above and beyond what you should expect from many doctors today.
Dr.Weiss is the kindest, most helpful doctor I've ever seen in my life. He takes everything seriously and always offers suggestions of how to help the situation you're in.
My only complaint is, depending on who you get, the receptionists can be quite curt and rude... It makes you feel unwelcome. I understand that you must be very busy, but when making appointments I sometimes feel unwelcome.
Dr. Brown is awesome, straight to the point, my appointments are normally in and out well within 20 minutes total! Best Doctor's office by far.
My appointment time is never delayed, and the staff are quick on their feet. Contrary to other negative reviews, I'm not there to make friends or small talk, I'm there to see my doctor and leave promptly. Got way too many things to do to complain that someone didn't smile at me for my 20 minute appointment.
Busy schedule, or just simply want to go to the doctor and leave within a reasonable bracket of time? This medical office is the one for you! Highly recommended.
Dr. Weiss has been an amazing Doctor for my partner and I . He is kind, considerate and very thorough. He takes his time with you, explains things, asks questions and best if all he listens! We are very happy with him and the staff at the clinic . They follow up and follow through which is more than I can say for others. When I consider the benefits of Canadian healthcare I think of Dr Weiss !!!
