  Had a fantastic experience with TBCL. The bus was right on time for pick up. The driver - Davison - was very friendly, accommodating, flexible and a very skilled driver. All communication between me and the company was very personable and professional. They even remained competitive with their prices when booking, which I very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

  The driver had a smile, the bus was clean and the price made sense. I had 20 guests to move around Toronto for a convention. Having your staff to play chauffeur instead doing their sale job was something I wanted to avoid. Ivanna made the reservation process a charm. If you are to move clients around make it first class.

  On time, courteous driver. At venue on time with bus waiting for return trip. Clean vehicle and overall from quote to payment an efficient and pleasurable experience from a customer stand point. We would certainly call again should we require similar services in the future.

  TBC was great! Easy to communicate with and the driver was reliable, professional and super sweet. He gave us his personal towel for the service animal that was traveling with us to lay on because the floors were wet from all the snow! Would recommend and use again.

  We rented 2 buses to take our employees from Brampton to Downtown Toronto. The booking was fast and efficient. Both drivers were prompt, courteous and friendly. After our trip, the office called to make sure we were satisfied with the service. This is the third year we have used Toronto Bus Company and they are a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them.
