Hands down, she does the BEST sourdough bread I have ever tried - and I have tried a lot, in a lot of different cities and countries around the world! Sourdough is one of my favourite breads, and Nicola at Toronto Baking Company knocks the competition out of the park. Soft and chewy on the inside, with a crispy crust. Bonus - she is constantly experimenting with different flavour combos, so you’re always in for a treat!

She offers gluten-free, keto, and vegan options, and her packaging is reusable and sustainable. I’ve been cutting down on single-use plastic, and she is also conscientious about this! Plus, they are packed well enough to make great gifts.

I highly recommend the Artisan Sourdough, the Brazilian cheese bread (gluten-free and freezer-friendly), the chocolate peanut butter fudge, sugar cookies (customizable), and the chutney. I have ordered 4 times already, and the quality has been consistent - if anything, it’s better each time! She is officially my sourdough bread plug - will always reorder and recommend!

My family and I totally are loving all the yummy treats and goodies from Toronto Baking Company! We have ordered from them a few times and everything is always so delicious and well-presented... that we just keep going back for more. We loved the yummy Double Chocolate Sugar Cookies and Mini Red Velvet Sugar cookies with Chocolate & Royal Icing. The Mango-Ginger-Jalepeno Chutney is very tasty and went so well with the amazing Sourdough Bread we got from them! We really enjoyed the delicious Brazilian Cheese Bread, which was the perfect blend of cheesey & garlicky flavours! And our absolute favourite is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge... it's so decadent with the perfect blend of peanut butter and chocolate! We're totally obsessed!! Many thanks to Toronto Baking Company for keeping our taste buds so happy! Highly recommended!!

Wow, just wow! The sourdough bread is AWESOME, the mini cheesecakes are DELICIOUS, and the chocolate fudge is TO DIE FOR! Loving ordering from this place...have done so multiple times already, and continuing to discover and enjoy the new products as they are rolled out. Even ordered to give as gifts to friends. Toronto Baking Company is definitely a keeper that I'll be regularly going back to!
