  Some of the best customer service you will ever get. Is it just me or all aviation store employees talk too fast?
  Anyhow, I needed some very rare aviation manuals. Everyone else told me that they didn't have the manuals and that's it. These guys, to my utter surprise, offered to find them for me. For the first book, the one hardest to find, it took them a couple of months but the kept their word. That's when they had me as their regular customer.
  The shop doesn't look much when you visit them but they make it up with customer service and availability of merchandise.

  The team at Threshold aviation is knowledgeable and shares their common passion for aviation with their customers. They're always friendly, and aren't pushy at all. Usually I end up chatting with one or more of their staff members about the airline industry, often not even buying anything. They are always interested in chatting about aviation. They carry an impressive range of products, and although they don't have as much square footage as the competition next door, the experience is more personal/friendly. If I'm buying something that both stores have, I go to Threshold aviation.

  This was a really unique and fun experience - and was supported really well by the staff. We did an 'end to end' flight first (from backing out of the terminal to taxiing, takeoff, flight and landing). Then some shorter flights. Can experience any of thousands of airports. Recommend you have at least 2 people...there's lots for the co-pilot to do too.

  Awesome experience !! Diego was our instructor and he was amazing... Patient, very knowledgeable, and he even spend some extra time at the end of our session giving us a behind-the-scenes look at the outside of the plane, explaining its history, and showing us pictures of other cockpits. What a thrilling experience... It felt like you were on a real plane!

  Amazing experience. Went for the simulator for my birthday and everyone was so accommodating and friendly. They all stayed an extra 45 minutes for us. The simulator was amazing and so realistic, they give you different scenarios and airports to take off and land. Instructor was super friendly, patient and knows his stuff. All buttons and levers work, nothing is cosmetic only. Highly recommended. I would come here again and again
