(April 19, 2021, 6:31 pm)Had an issue with my furnace cutting out during the winter. Called Thermal Comfort and Galo was able to send a technician out the following morning. He was able to diagnose the issue and provided me with my options. They provided me with different quotes depending on how I wanted to proceed. All of which were fair and reasonable. Did not feel pressured into making a certain decision. Ended up with replacing the furnace. Team arrived onsite as discussed. They replaced the unit and cleaned up after the work was completed. Was very satisfied with the work that I ended up replacing my AC unit and water heater. Would definitely recommend Thermal Comfort to anyone needing repairs or replacement in their home.

(April 16, 2021, 3:14 pm)I used Thermal Comfort to get my gas line extended to the back of my townhouse. It was a bit of a complicated set up and they had to come up with a creative solution to get my line to where I needed it. Thermal Comfort was able to come up with a solution that was minimally invasive as well as to minimize the cost. The workers were super polite, clean and worked efficiently and effectively to get the job done in one day. We were very pleased with the cleanliness as well as the attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for your residential projects!

Once we decided on a way forward, his team was efficient and professional. When there was one small matter that needed correcting, Galileo had it fixed the next day; upholding his promise that it was going to be done to the standard he would want in his own home.
