Got a truck from them almost 2 years ago. Was some issues with the truck within a week of getting her but they fixed it quick. Got a warranty package with the truck and had her looked over by a mechanic which I'm guessing.....most of these bad reviews didn't do. Also they got the truck quick for me so they didn't price it right so I actually paid less then what the truck is worth???? (bonus for me cause now with the upgrades I did she's tripled in price value). Word of advise:when car shopping always have someone with you to go over the vehicle. If it's a Chrysler with a digital gauge do the key flick (Google it....it's a trick to run a diagnostic on them and will give you codes if anything is wrong with the vehicle) and if it's diesel make sure you do your homework about diesel vehicles....there cheap on fuel but a pain in the a$$ to fix. Also....talk price. The price on vehicles are not final sale....it is negotiable. And make sure you get the right warranty package that covers engine and tansmission. The majority of their vehicles have high kilometers. Happy hunting
