Food and service was great. Kathleen was our server and she was awesome. Very positive and informative about the menu. I will definitely be coming back :)
Love Starving Artist. If you're a waffle fan then you'll love this place. If you're not into sweet waffles, you should try the potato waffle. Its like mash potatoes waffles, delicious. Had their Benny waffle and it's a refreshing twist on a traditional breakfast. Plenty of food but I had to squeeze in a dessert waffle in there. At this location they only accept cash or debit though they do have a 3rd party ATM inside.
Great little breakfast/brunch joint in an area that needs something other than Tim's or Sunset Grill for options. The Waffles Benny was so good. The maple syrup on the waffles is a great touch.
Also shared Split This (pictured) and was a sweet, caloric joy.
I forgot to ask what kind of espresso they use but the Americano was on point as well.
My friends and I liked the food, decor and cleanliness of this place. It smells like waffles inside ???????????? and they are fabulous. I would definitely return. There is ample parking and it's free. Its in the same plaza as Giant Tiger. I ate my waffles benny too quickly to photograph it.
First and foremost you should be aware it's cash only.
I only tried the grilled cheese off the menu and adding tomato to it was free so that's pretty cool. The waffles had more substance to them than I expected so I was pleasantly surprised. I had planned on getting desert but I was full from the grilled cheese waffle.
I can't speak too much to the service as it had been just past the brunch crowd when I arrived so it was empty when I was in there. I'll make an edit when I visit again.
