(August 8, 2020, 3:04 pm)Location is clean. The staff is friendly. Always greeted when you walk in. Sometimes a little slow when they are busy but thats understandable. I've been here many times and they've only gotten my drink wrong once

My family & I fell in love with starbucks because of this place! i always get great service, best drinks, and it is such a positive vibe there always! This place always makes my day. My sister & I come here everyday! You will make the right choice by coming to this starbucks! Way to go Bloor west mall starbucks!!!! You guys rock! (February 22, 2020, 1:45 am)Hands down the biggest Starbucks I've been to. Surprisingly there's always space even though it's generally packed. Finding parking is kind of hard because there's not many spaces relatively to how big this Starbucks is. Nothing to complain about in terms of quality and service. Many plugs so it's great for studying and a good number of comfortable chairs for reading and chatting as well. Check this place out!
