Razvan and Sevon are very knowledgeable, personable and professional people to work with that are totally dedicated to customer service / your happiness with stereo equipment. I came in for an basic amp, ended up with an amazing deal on an upgraded amp as well as a BlueSound streaming device (versus the very ho-hum Sonos product I had previously). I appreciated the education on equipment and the time given to experience what I was purchasing. Didn't mind driving in from Waterloo for very impressive service and will be going back for new speakers. Can't wait to seriously annoy my neighbours whose kids never shut up. Maybe they will now!
