Good staff and customer service, although the bike area might need extra people at the desk cause it does get busy and you might be waiting a bit longer than expected - - but overall great shop.

(February 13, 2019, 2:37 am)The store its self is quite amazing. It's worth it just to take a peak inside. From the outside it looks tiny, but it's actually massive with 3 floors. There are a few interactive components inside, such a a rock climbing wall to test gear, a cobbled walk way sort-of-thing to test out hiking boots, and I believe there is a treadmill as well, possibly to test running shoes. Staff was very friendly and the store was very clean and organized, especially for a Sunday.
