Dr Shorser and his team has been nothing short of amazing! They've always been extremely accommodating, with accepting payments remotely, to adjusting their schedule last minute to fit me in! Their work has been lasting and very comfortable! They've been my dentist for the last 8 years :)

Dr Shorser and all his staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service. They always explain what work is needed and why and have a kind and gentle approach. Although I have moved out of the area I face the Toronto traffic to return as they have my complete trust.

Very thorough for cleaning teeth and check ups -all of my friends in the area recommended Dentistry By The Lake when I moved here 8 years ago and I haven’t looked back since. Honest diagnosis with fair prices. Friendly, relaxing atmosphere and always look forward to seeing the kind staff. It’s common courtesy to arrive to an appointment on time (at least a few minutes early) - I find it surprising that someone who was late for their appointment reviewed this business negatively as a result of their own tardiness. The staff are very efficient but you still need to arrive on time - remember that they have appointments scheduled for a lot of people - a testament to their excellent service and popularity !!! And yes, sometimes you may have to wait for a few minutes if additional work is being done on another patient-I was one of those patients once and I appreciate Dr. Shorser’s thoroughness greatly!!

I've had great experiences with Dr. Shorser and his entire team over several years. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and they show care and concern that exemplifies excellence in dentistry. I've used Dentistry By The Lake for several procedures and have always come away more than satisfied. My last few visits involved a tooth that caused excruciating pain in my mouth (and beyond). I walked in without an appointment and Karen arranged for Dr. Shorser to see me within minutes (thank you Karen and Dr. Shorser!). He diagnosed an infection, did tests on my teeth, used minimal modern digital x-rays to ensure the issue was accurately diagnosed (always appreciated), and helped me with the initial pain. They timed the follow-up visit perfectly as the tooth settled enough for them to do further tests which indicated the tooth needed a root canal/crown procedure. Dr. Shorser was very thorough and cognizant of managing pain and ensuring my comfort throughout the process. His level of care and attention to detail are, in my opinion, unsurpassed by none. All of the staff have a great bedside manner, a sense of humor that is always appreciated given the anxiety that most people have when visiting the dentist, and professionalism. As someone who strives to understand everything that impacts my wellbeing, the entire team is always willing to listen to my concerns and educate me with further information supporting the situation. The team conveys expertise and knowledge - explaining what they were doing as they efficiently guide me through procedures. As someone who has had checkups, cleanings, and most recently a root canal, and a crown on the same tooth, I can confidently recommend Dentistry By The Lake, Dr. Shorser, and his entire team to anyone looking for a great dentist experience. I have talked to several co-residents in the area who feel the same way and continue to use Dentistry By the Lake as their first and only choice for dental care.
