  Marco and Mario really took care of me. Go see those guys as they really care and really want to help. There is no showboating. Totally down to earth guys. To all the staff there, thanks for making my Altima purchase so good.

  Reviewing Jay Yoo who is the car seat inspector at this establishment. I will not put my child in the car seat in my car before Jay inspects the car seat installation. I think every car seat should come with someone like Jay. Like in the same box as the car seat. Lol. He also comes with a lot of information pertaining to child safety in a car seat. And he's very professional in dealing with me. After his inspection, I'm confident that my baby will be safe riding in the car.

  I purchased my vehicle in October 2018 and Dan handled my sale. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and extremely helpful with all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable and was upfront about everything. Today I had to bring it in for service. Although I could not reach anyone by calling through to the service department, I did email Dan and he got me through to someone. I was able to bring my vehicle in the same day. Jeff assisted me once I got there and was amazing. He looked at my vehicle and knew exactly what to do. I was in and out within 30 minutes (probably less) my issue was resolved and they also sprayed my car down! Jeff made me feel comfortable and was super nice. This was my first car purchase since my separation and I couldn’t have picked a better dealership! The service I have received has been top notch! So if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle, I DEFINITELY recommend Sherway Nissan!

  Excellent service, courteous people and very reasonable prices. I was there for an oil change and was in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location for all your Nissan service needs.
  
  Update[2/13/2019]. The service continues to be top notch each time I visit. Had an excellent experience on my recent visit. I bought new wiper blades for my car and Doug offered to install them and also walked me through the process. Nicole was very professional and courteous. I watched the tech inspect the car very thoroughly (filters/under carriages/muffler, etc). Overall impressive shop.

  I have been to Sherway Nissan twice lately, and must say, the service was simply amazing. I was assisted by Jeff, who was a true professional and a very kind-hearted individual. He patiently explained what was not right with my vehicle, and made sure it came out of service in good working condition!
  The shuttle service people, Ken and Garry were wonderful and friendly!
  I must say, if you are a busy professional this is the team you want to work with. Great Job! And Thank you!
