The staff are very knowledgeable, very committed, and provide all of their services in a warm, friendly, and expert manner. My hearing aids are the best that I have ever had [and I have had several], wax removal is a pleasant and painless procedure, and all hearing tests and outcomes are patiently handled and explained.
