(October 23, 2014, 3:49 am)Worked at Saand Rexdale for over 2 1/2 years. Company was bought out from Guardian Glass. Excellent company, the current new owners have a pragmatic approach to employee satisfaction. Right from the HR managers to production managers; are extremely supportive, helpful and understanding. The salary increase based on percentage rather than performance still lags on from previous corporate ownership although I am positive this will change with the current enterprising culture. Overall its an extremely cooperative workforce which is determined to succeed.
