(October 2, 2020, 3:57 pm)Mr. Abdul Wajid of Rexdale Mall Pharmacy has over the course of many years been the absolute personification not only of great customer service, but of the willingness to go over and above. Abdul without fail personally delivered medication to my elderly parents. At other times, if it was urgent he always brought prescritions out to my car, in consideration of my own personal disability. When my mother passed away, he attended the funeral. Amazing from someone who is just connected to us through our business relationship, but not so amazing now that over the years he has become a family member in out hearts. Always polite, smiling. Customers, scratch that, PEOPLE are simply number one for him.
