  Outstanding customer service! Posterjack followed up with an email after an order I had made, and I had been unhappy with how the print looked on the medium I had chosen. They promptly made some suggestions on what would be a better choice and quickly shipped the new print to my home. I would highly recommend Posterjack!

  In the last 4 days I've had to contact Posterjack customer service twice - once to correct a slight error in the file I uploaded and the second time to ask about a defect in one of my acrylic prints. Both times my email was answered promptly by Christine. To my first email, she responded that she reviewed my project and reassured me the the file I uploaded was fine. The second time she acknowledged that the defect in my acrylic print was real, she assured me that in almost a decade they had never seen this and she offered a replacement free of charge.
  
  It is refreshing to encounter such excellent service and a company that truly stands behind its product. And I love that Posterjack ships free but also allows for pick up and since their production facility is in my neighbourhood, I may just pick up my next order so that I can meet some of the wonderful people that work there!
  
  Well done Posterjack and thank you Christine. You have made a very very loyal customer out of me!

  Great experience from start to finish. The website was easy to use and ensured you knew exactly what you were getting as the finished product. The order was fulfilled and delivered within a week. The work and finish on the canvases and metal works was outstanding. And, this a Canadian company.
