The lady who worked there (Tracy) was so helpful and remembered mine and my husbands name and face, as we went in a couple of times to look before buying. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable, didn't put pressure on us to buy right away and was knowledgeable and helpful. We don't live very close to this Nordstrom but will be coming back when we need anything for our baby!

I have come to Sherway multiple times in just a casual t-shirt and a lot of other upscale stores ignore you, but not here. They make you feel welcome, and are very willing to assist with whatever you may need. Prices may be a little high, but the quality of what you get is top-notch and the staff is always willing to work with you to ensure you leave happy.

(April 27, 2019, 9:11 pm)So I love this Nordstrom! It's my favourite one. The ladies are always so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I wear size 12 womens shoes and they always have a large selection of shoes for me! Bought 6 pairs today! Happy Shopping!

(March 15, 2019, 5:27 pm)Love this store. Open, airy, well laid out, calm but it's Nordstrom so it's pricey. The restaurant on the top floor is lacklustre but it's got a big picture window so it's a nice location to sit and grab a bite with friends. Coffee bar on main floor is great. Lots of alternative milks and seating out front. The coffee bar could use more tables on the weekends but I like the spot for calm people watching. Really nice shoe section.
