my own experience at this place is very very good it's excellent. Charla Santos is a lady that works at N.D.C.A. and she is a very professional lady and she always updates me in emails +and phone calls about my applications for disability tax credits and she always explains what is going on with my applications and if i don't understand something she explains it perfectly clear and then i know the answer of the question i was asking. so i am 100% happy and very lucky to have Charla as representing me for the C.R.A. for the approvals for my disabilities. she's the best and very quick at explaining anything i need to know. so thank you Charla and God Bless You're number one.
