(June 27, 2019, 12:43 am)Ridiculously slow. You should up for your recieving appointment only to sit 5/6 hours after to be unloaded. I guess it's not as bad as loblaw in cambridge though.

(January 25, 2019, 6:18 pm)Metro Warehouse in Etobicoke Ontario. You will get a delivery sheet with your bill of lading. You check it out the guard shack they'll give you a electronic key to enter the warehouse. You got to check in 30 minutes before your appointment time. And then they will give you a door unload you. You must leave your doors open when you're leaving so you can be inspected at the guard shack. They're fairly quick not a bad place.
