(June 20, 2019, 3:53 am)I called Drain Expert when our sewer line clogged and backed up into the house. They were very friendly when I called and they informed me that the next available appointment was in the afternoon, but they'd try to get me in sooner. The ended up coming a few hours earlier than promised which was a relief. Billy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to assess the problem and he had it fixed in under an hour. I would definitely use Drain Expert again in the future.
