Very happy with the level of service @ Lakeshore location. Dr.Cruz listened to my concerns and did a thorough examination of my Plantar Fasciitis on both feet. She recommended some support products and supplied them. She set up physiotherapy with Nikki Garcia who is amazing. Nikki takes time to explain the treatments in detail, answer questions and recommend the proper exercises to rehabilitate my condition ! A great team here, take advantage of it !

Stephanie knows exactly what needs to be done to send me off stronger and in less pain. She knows exactly what needs to be built up and she uses a combination of acupuncture, exercise and hands on therapy to do that. I appreciate that she places a goal for me, but is very compassionate with me as well.

I'm a swimmer and I came into LiveActive with a shoulder injury that had been affecting me for around half a year. I've been working with Arman for the past 2 months and I can say that because of his help I am back to 100%. He makes sure that you know the plan of treatment and how long it will take. I would recommend him for anyone that has any kind of shoulder issue.

Highly recommend live active for post-injury recovery. I have been treated twice by physiotherapist Arman Golizadeh. Once with a knee injury and the other time with a groin injury. Both treatments resulted with great success which allowed me to get back into sports and physical activity fairly quickly. Arman is very personable and he not only helped with my current injuries but also helped to prevent future injuries. Great facility and great physiotherapist.

Arman at LiveActive is an amazing physiotherapist! I'm older and am having difficulty sustaining in the sports I love and Arman is bringing my body back so I can enjoy them again with no pain. He does this with an unbelievable knowledge of how the body works in combination with the ability to immediately identify exactly where your body motion is weak or limited. Then a targeted plan of attack with his specialized treatment and exercises at home to build back your strength by recruiting all your muscles to help. I didn't even know I had so many supporting muscles that could help! Viola....you return feeling strong and the pain is gone. My knowledge of my own body has never been so high thanks to Arman.
