(June 25, 2019, 1:44 am)Went today to get new a frame. I usually avoid LensCrafters because I had a bad experience wtih the one at Eaton's. However, I really liked the customer service in this one. I was left alone to find a frame I like (which I actually prefer, no help was needed) and I was quickly assigned to an optician. She was amazing! I believe her name is Jee-In. She was very kind and patient and she responded to every single question me and my husband had and got me exactly what I need. I am very glad I got to talk to her as she was very approachable and knowledgeable and I am looking forward to getting the new frames!
4 stars because there's no a lot of frames. You can choose between few brands and that's it.
