  Donn has very reasonable fees and is honest and caring. In fact, I took my 9 year old son for treatment based on the trust I have for Donn's treatments. My son's neck issues are gone! I use physio prescribed by Donn that is far more insightful and effective than other chiropractors.Thrown in is Donn's terrific and kind sense of humour.

  I have been going to Donn for about 20 years, since before he started the business at Lakeshore Village Health Centre. He has always been the most honest and helpful person I know. His dog Douglas (now quite old and sick) is an excellent addition to his workplace. Douglas is a sweet dog that lies down for pets and rubs. Everyone I know who frequents the Centre loves seeing Douglas.
  I have never had any issues with overcharging. The service is the best I have ever had from a chiropractor. Donn goes over and above in terms of treatment. He will search for the cause of your pain and provide more than just Chiropractic. I would recommend Donn to be your chiropractor and do recommend him to everyone I know who needs help with pain.

  My wife and I have been treated by Donn on and off for the last 20 years. He has never made money an issue where treatments are concerned. He has even offered to treat people I have recommended to him even if they couldn't afford it. I have called and left messages when I knew he was closed in hopes that he would return the call as soon as he was in the next business day. He would return the call the same day and tell me to meet him in the office in 30 minutes or so. Regarding what Mario G is saying, I have never known Donn to raise his voice to anyone. His dog, Douglas, is like a kid and has never shown agressive behaviour. I understand he does not have a full time receptionist; as such there may be over sites, if so, he always rectifies it. Donn has never been anything but gracious.

  I have been a patient of Donn's for a number of years and have found that he provides excellent service, even on very short notice. I had knee and lower back issues at various times due to overwork and Donn was able to take the pain away in a small number of visits. Donn offers all sorts of ideas about ways to prevent a recurrence of past injuries. I have also found his services to be very reasonably priced. I have visited a few other chiropractors over the years and certainly Donn is tops when it comes to dealing with pain reduction and helping me get on on with my life. I plan to consult Donn any time in future that I have overdone it with yard work and am in pain.
