Best place for desi food ever!! Tried most of the dishes on the menu and everything was just amazing. Very friendly staff and exceptional service. Would definitely recommend!
I ordered chicken karahi, chicken tikka bihari kabob, everything from the flavour to the texture was perfect. I recommend karahi stop to anyone who loves or wants to try pakistani/Indian food.
I wanted to try Indian/Pakistani food last night and based on reviews I had to try it. I ordered chicken biryani special with beef curry and beef samosa. Everything was prepared within 15 minutes and very good service, food was hot and fresh that I couldn’t wait till I had to try it at home. But I was so disappointed because everything looked tasty but was the opposite. Did not have any sort of flavour or spice, it tasted extremely bland which to be honest, ruined my whole night. Biryani had no flavour at all and I wish I was joking.
I’m trying to come up with an answer on how can someone serve bland Indian/Pakistani food like that, it’s not right. Rice and curry are your specialities and I’m shocked you guys made food like this, it feels as though whoever cooked this has no idea what are the key ingredients of these dishes.
If your Caucasian and don’t like food with much flavour then this place is for you! But if you grew up on middle eastern, Indian, afghani, pakistani food then avoid this place, it will just make you think about how your mom can cook the same food but million times better (we all know our moms can cook better than this)
The only thing that tasted good were the beef samosa, but short lived happiness due to how tiny it is.
Absolutely amazing food. Great service. I went with my family (prior to covid) and was treated with such an amazing delicious variety along with nice and kind servers. 10/10 recommend.
One of the best restaurants in the GTA for Desi food.
The staff is super friendly, service is top notch, ambience is world class and speakin about the food, it is unbelievably delicious.
The price of the various dishes are way more reasonable than the others and the dish which I would recommend to everyone is the Chicken Karahi.
Overall Karahi Stop is a top-tire restaurant with high grade food quality and first-rated service.
