We contacted Oleg to provide a preliminary quote to see if the desired project could fit within our budget. We needed to weigh the costs of exterior insulation and siding against a limited budget for home energy upgrades. He was completely understanding that we were unsure of the costs and that we may not be able to hire him to do the project. Although the quote was very reasonable, we couldn't fit it within our budget. We would have liked very much to have worked with Oleg. On arrival, he was punctual, professional, explained the process, listened to our comments and concerns, and even provided samples to show us the different qualities of materials. He was the only siding contractor to talk about building codes, and the problem of combustible siding on a semi-detached home. His estimate was the complete, and provided references and fact sheets to the materials in the estimate. And unlike most contractors, he even responded after we couldn't accept his proposal, and thanked us for our consideration. We will consider his services when the time comes and easily recommend him to any friends and family in need of a siding installer.

We had the windows on the back and side of our house replaced and were then in a rush to have the insulation and siding replaced before winter hit. We contacted Oleg after becoming frustrated with another contractor who's service and workmanship left much to be desired on a repeated basis. Oleg and his team started the job ahead of schedule, the arrived on time and worked diligently every day, and never left a mess. They were respectful, courteous and worked around some tight spaces to get the job done extremely well. Oleg and his crew did 2.5 floors of one side of my house. I had cut a hole for 2 new large doors and needed new siding to surround it.

I will post photos but they did nice detailing and when I screwed up the colour choice he allowed me to change ... had chosen khaki but then decided on a lighter tone and went with clay.
