WOW! Can I just say what an experience! I'm extremely happy to share I had an phenomenal one with this store. from the warm welcomes at the door and the smiling faces. It felt awesome to be there the associates made you feel as if you're just one of the girlfriends having a conversation about hair. Amazing job I wish you guys well in the future. I will definitely be recommending to friends and I will definitely be back.

I drove over an hour just to come check out this location & it was everything that I could have imagined & more... from the staff to the cleanliness everything was a 10 out of 10. things were very organized easy to find & I really appreciated they took the time to explain some of the product to me that I wasn't too aware of. There wasn't any evil glares, no one following you around, making you feel uncomfortable. the women that I met today made me feel so comfortable & confident in my purchases.
I hope they get to open another location further WEST of rexdale ??

So happy to finally be able to shop black owned for all my hair supply needs!!! .... I, like many attended the grand opening today & let me say Hair Granted has set a new precedent for beauty supply stores in the GTA! The store is open, bright, clean and HUGE! They have an overwhelming variety of hair selections with products to fulfill all your needs! Customer service was phenomenal & all staff I approached had full knowledge on all products I inquired about! Forget about Cloré, BSW & Sally’s ... Hair Granted is where it’s at!!!!!! Travelling from Milton to Etobicoke will never be an issue when it comes to outstanding customer service and a great product selections.... 100% I’ll be back!

Phenomenal experience! I attended their grand opening and as far as first impressions, they’re already worlds ahead of the beauty shop chain stores we drag ourselves to now... Staff was friendly and ready to accommodate every shopper from newbies to pros. Love to support local businesses and I’m excited to return.
