Exceptional service with much to offer, see pics.
Improvements under current Management include, very clean change room, consistent towel service, and a positive, supportive GL family vibe from GM, Fitness Manager and core staff. GL core values here!
Experienced professional PT's on-site to expedite your fitness goals. Popular group fitness classes are filled quickly.
Membership fitness level ranging from beginner to very fit. Good etiquette from regulars.
Two water fountains, one at the gym level, the other in the sub-level fitness studio. Wet sauna is fantastic, dry sauna is also available next to the pool. Tanning and JUMP! Child Minding are available on the ground floor. Remember to sign in your car license plate at the front desk.

(December 30, 2019, 8:46 pm)Good gym and pool. I go very late so it's pretty empty. Great staff at night time, they are very nice and prompt and convinced me to join this gym location! They always remind me to put in my license plate too, because I always forget.

I'm thankful to the staff here for putting me on YET another time as I can't go to long without being at the gym
They were very helpful and supoortive of me of my Stay in the region
Every goodlife you go to has a different vibe and energy but THEY ARE ALL GOOD and this is a good sign
Love the environment and energy here
