I made an appointment with them to come and do a move-out clean for my rental condo and they arrived right on time. Because there was no visitor parking, and the nearest parking was a block away, they decided they didn't want to do the job and drove away. This was great because I went to a store around the corner, bought cleaning supplies for $16 and did the cleaning myself in about 45 minutes and saved myself $270+HST.
Would definitely book them again!
