  Clean and fresh. Two minutes to the 401, and twelve to the airport. Fionn macools is the hotel restaurant so that's a huge bonus. I'd stay her again for sure

  This is a newly renovated hotel that I stayed at a while back. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I checked in late for my room and there was no issue. The rooms look good and fresh, but there are some details that were missed and showed the age of the old hotel such as rust in the tub and cracks in the grout. Parking is also a bit of an issue on the property as there was lots of snow that was not removed in time.

  We stayed one night, on Feb 14, prior to our flight leaving the next morning. The hotel itself was great, check in was smooth, staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were very, very comfortable. The shuttle bus driver at 3:15 am however, was 20 mins late and terrifying. I don’t know if he was over tired or if something else was going on. But we heard a few people make comments about the “crazy driver” as they were getting dropped off at the hotel, and they weren’t kidding. He was weaving all over, crossing lines, driving on the wrong side, or down the middle of the road. He even went to the wrong part of the airport at first. At least, that early in the morning there wasn’t a lot of traffic, but still, his driving was very dangerous, putting hotel guests at risk. There were a few comments from passengers about “arriving alive”. One couple got off the shuttle at an earlier stop cause they said they would rather walk. I really hope this isn’t the norm. But it was a scary enough experience that almost a week later, after my vacation, I still feel the need to comment. The hotel itself is great, i would definitely stay again, but not if I needed to get to the airport, then I would stay at a closer hotel, maybe within walking distance.

  This hotel should be rated 5 stars. Cleanest ive ever seen. Customer service was incredible.Front desk was dealing with rude customers while staying positive. The pub was unique, with an amazing live acoustic singer. The servers were smiling... laughing and had good energy.
