This is such an incredible daycare; they have well-trained, professional, kind and caring staff. Our daughter is so happy and looks forward to going to daycare everyday. The staff provides me with all information i need on call, never get annoyed if i call them everyday.. Throughout this crazy pandemic, they were well organized following all protocols and Erica is on top of everything..
I love this centre. I have known the office manager and some other staff members for 15 years. I intentionally stayed on maternity leave for 3 extra months until they had space for my son because I trust the staff so much that I didn't want to send him anywhere else. It is a small centre, no fancy bells and whistles and I don't personally like the surface in the outside play area but the staff are great. They give me updates on how my son is progressing, tips on how to curb his behaviour, accommodate his ever changing dietary restrictions, and are consistent with him. Really the only thing I require from them is for them to have a love for children and passion for early child care education. I get all of that so I would absolutely recommend this centre.
