  I've been coming to F45 in Etobicoke for a couple months now and I have to say I haven't found a fitness community like this in a long time. The instructors are educated and energetic in every class and I never worry about injuries or incorrect form because they are on top of it every step of the way. The actual classes are challenging and have variations of each exercise so you can find success whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned trainer looking to try something new. I'm really glad I found this community and look forward to seeing my results continue through my training!

  I can't begin to say how much F45 has changed my life. I have never liked the gym and was an actual commitment-phobe when it came to signing up for new and trendy workout classes. I could never justify the investment. Enter F45 Etobicoke Central in September 2018. I started out slow and steady and have not looked back since. The trainers and owners are incredibly supportive, encouraging and approachable. So much so that I opt to drive 15 minutes to this location even though I have an F45 in the parking lot of my home. I have now worked my way up to going 5-6 times a week (guys, this is huge for me) and can't get enough. The variety and the challenge of the classes make me look forward to each session and I leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the day.
  It's my new therapy and I urge anyone who is looking for a new workout/stress release/community of AWESOME people to try it!

  I've had such a great experience with F45 Etobicoke Central. Excellent facility, equipment, trainers and management. I joined this location in the Fall of 2018 and the team made me feel immediately welcomed. I'd highly recommend trying F45 for their 1-week trial if you're on the fence about this style of workout. Stick through a couple classes & you won't regret it. Just be prepared to work!

  Can't say enough of the staff and owners, they are great motivators. The F45 regimen has really been on point and I've noticed positive results all around. From being stronger and more agile, to gaining muscle definition and losing weight it's been really noticeable. Looking forward to getting back at it after the Holidays.

  This place will give you an amazing workout each time that will be different and keep you challenged. The staff is so supportive and there is a cozy gym feeling here that you don't get anywhere else. I am hooked and have never stayed on top of my workouts like I do now. Forever grateful!
