(May 12, 2019, 8:20 pm)Receptionists are nice to start but became rude. Assistants not too polite either. Dentist are in rush and don't seem to take time. Don't provide options, rather provide one route such as implant and won't do anything else even if it could be done. Seem to.ignore pain level a person is in and treat all customers equal even if one is dying in pain ready to go to hospital and the other is just getting a routine cleaning. Recommend if you have no other options. Jesus be with all.

(March 27, 2019, 3:55 am)Called in late night on a sunday to get an appointment to see the Dentist for extreme nerve pain in my upper pre molar (which was a filled cavity by a different dentist). I saw Dr.Ruso on the Monday he did a thorough examination to only determine the nerve in my tooth was dead and in the stage of infection. He was very professional, reassuring, and engaging throughout the appointment, explained everything that I was experiencing. That night the pain was so intense I had to call in at 1 am to book for an emergency appointment for the next day Tuesday. I saw Dr.Ruso again Tuesday morning he cleaned out the infection and I was immediately pain free. I will be going back Friday to finish the root canal procedure. I am so grateful to have found such a throughly professional, caring dentist that really put his patients needs first. Highly recommend him, will be his patient going forward and referring many more to him!
