I went to see Dr Kim at the suggestion of an orthopedic surgeon because I had torn a tendon in my thumb. Jenny in the office responded promptly to all my calls, and set up the consult with Dr Kim, who was obviously knowledgeable in her field. Due to the Covid issue, I could not get the surgery done by Dr Kim, however, she called me personally, and apologized that she was not able to do the surgery. I have NEVER had a physician call me to tell me that they were sorry that they could not help, even though the delay was obviously not within her control. My experience with Dr Kim and Jenny has been outstanding
