The gentleman told me they were real nice pieces and he would just weigh them and I wouldn't get a good price and he would feel guilty. What kind of jeweler says that, well to me it's a good one! The owner of the shop was so nice and he knew exactly what I had in mind and made it come to life for me. I will be returning to buy any custom jewelry I need in the future. Thank You DnG!

(July 15, 2019, 11:54 pm)Exceptional, Supreme, Family Like customer service that you can't get anywhere in the city. The owner is very honest, extreme caring & set customer safety as one of his priority. I am a senior, after the transaction, he drove me down to the nearby subway station and called me afterwards to ensure that I arrived home safe. Although it took me 2 hours to get there but was worth it.
I highly recommend to anyone and many thanks for his thoughtfulness. -

I came in with a rather small request ( almost embarrassed to ask), I broke the clasp on my necklace and needed it replaced. They checked out my piece to ensure the correct handling and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Thanks guys!
