(May 13, 2019, 8:20 pm)My husband and I had a situation where previous house owners did a hack job on the shower handle and spout and had leaking valves where we needed a professional. So we called crystal drain and plumbing for the first time and I can honestly say that we are 1000% happy with everything. Our plumber Uri was very knowledgeable and was very efficient and amazing at his job. He took a situation that we thought was unfixable and fixed it and explained what had happened and what needed to be done in terms we understood . He also was very tidy and left no mess which I as the wife appreciated .He was very friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone. And we both agree that we will be using crystal drain and plumbing for any further plumbing needs .

Had a clogged sink and after dealing with two really bad companies that would charge you for for doing nothing, we found Crystal drain & plumbing, very responsive came just an hour after I call, Troy showed up and review single thing on the sink and found the problem, he explained to me what the issue was and how to prevent future problems. Very very happy to have met Troy he is just amazing at what he does and a great person as well.
