I purchased a point of use filtration system and dealt with Mark. They definitely know what they are doing. From the point of ordering to picking up .y unit, Mark was awesome and even reoriented certain components on the setup to accommodate me. Such a great positive and friendly attitude and willing to take the time to answer questions. I would highly recommend checking them out online or giving them a call. The store isnt open to the public at the moment due to covid-19.

Exceptional Product and Service. We recently purchased a water filtration system for an island cottage in Muskoka. The system arrived in two boxes which were easily transported to the island. Packaging was professionally done, and the instructions were very easy to follow (they included custome instructions for assembly and operation - winterizing, summerizing, etc.). I've retained a copy and will be referring to them on an ongoing basis for filter changes, winterizing, etc. All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally. Even with my very limited plumbing skills, I managed to install the system and its working great! I strongly endorse this company.

I purchased a three season system from them a few years back to replace a very old system. Mark is super knowledgable and spends the time getting to know your needs. I was planning to upgrade to a 4-season system and he spend a lot of time explaining the system and providing me with a quote for how much that would be come time to me to purchase it. When I picked up the 3 season system is was seamless - everything was ready to roll and easy to hook up - it made my old pump look like it was from the dark ages. I plan to pick up a new 4-season system from CWS this year. Thanks!
