(January 5, 2020, 10:28 pm)Absolutely solid bakery. The bread here is baked fresh with a lot of care taken to every step. I'm surprised the sunflower flax sourdough isn't more popular than it is, it's so tasty and interesting to eat. I had an amazing time baking here and have a new respect for the industry and art of baking.
