  Amazing customer service. My first choice for items if they have it and they usually do.
  
  All of the workers are very eager to help.
  
  Funny story: Asked the cashier after i was done, if i could speak with a manager. Cashier was like, "what is the problem sir?". I was like no prob just wanna s/w a manager.
  
  Cashier pages manager who come to me expecting nonsense.
  
  Manager: What is the problem sir?
  
  Me: Nah. All good man. All employees went above and beyond. I had an excellent experience.
  
  Manager was happily surprised. We need to start going out of our way to commend workers, not only when we have a negative review for them!!

  This always is a highlight of our visit to Cloverdale mall just to see what new interesting thing they'll have. This home hardware is more like an independent dollar and home goods store than a hardware store, but they have the essentials of that stuff too. They always have the oddest and most interesting overstock items and it's always at a bargain.

  a really wonderful experience at this home hardware. The prices are fantastic and I hope that they continue with this trend. We found some great easier as well as wonderful pasta things that you wouldn't expect from a home hardware store! I really love their super sales and deals on a variety of products try to include more if you can! We will be back for more.

  Very friendly staff and always a selection of good deals. Yesterday I was looking for felt pads for furniture legs to protect wood floors. I was delighted to have a choice between an imported product and a made in Canada product. Please give us more reasonably priced made in Canada choices.
