  Amazing experience from start to finish. I took my daughter to the walk-in clinic. Luckily for us there was literally no wait and we were seen right away. Dr Carolyn Reardon was simply wonderful with my daughter - patient, kind, and very knowledgeable, and she explained everything in detail. Pharmacist was very nice and quick as well. Overall we were in and out within 25 minutes and will definitely be coming back!

  Dr. Khan is incredible! She is patient, polite, professional, intelligent and helpful. She never rushes me. She listens to every single one of my concerns and offers multiple solutions to help me. She is truly fantastic. I am SO grateful. She is, by far, the best doctor I have ever seen. And the pharmacy at Citrus Medical is quick and helpful. I’ve been helped by 2 pharmacists who were kind and informative. Thank you!

  I have a few things to say about Citrus, they introduced me to my two doctors:
  Dr. Alia Gray (family doctor) is awesome - I've been seeing her for almost two years now and she has done a great work with exams, immunization and follow ups.
  Dr. Emily Casey (Naturopath) is a sweetheart, I don't know what I would do without her. I had sleeping issue mixed with anxiety over a year ago when I started seeing her and I can honestly say she saved me from a lot of crying and sleepless nights. She hears your problems and is constantly open to your opinion on course of treatment, if you don't want to use certain medications. I love her!
  The nurses are great too, always in a good mood, open to chit chat before sticking a needle in your arm.
  I also receive email reminders on the day before my appointments, which is great!
  The reception ladies need some work, sometimes they forget you are there waiting, they talk a lot about their personal lives with each other. I have also witnessed some scolding from a more senior employee. I honestly don't think this is the place to do it. Patients don't need to know the admin. issues the clinic has. This is a minor issue to me, but I know it bothers a lot of patients. The doctors are great!
