(November 14, 2020, 6:39 pm)I both work and have used Canpar courier services.The star rating is based on their courier service. Personally, I feel Canpar is far superior to the compitition. Their drivers are friendlier more safety conscience. Customer service staff are more knowledgeable of the services and are better at tracking your delivery.
Working for Canpar is only a 3 star experience. They prefer to bring in temp agency staff to do the basic tasks of unloading/loading freight and freight forwarding of parcels. Most of these people are not properly trained and do not have a good work ethic.
