Because she is so knowledgeable about Microblading, she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns before the procedure. Michelle took the time to explain what was to be expected during the process and how it was going to feel (imagine someone dry-shaving your eyebrows). There wasn't a time where I felt as if she was hiding anything. The after-care routine was explained thoroughly and Michelle was always available to answer any questions.
I couldn't be happier with the results!! My eyebrows look amazing and I've received numerous compliments on them from co-workers, family, and friends! They always look done up and fresh (and dare I say, on fleek?) I would recommend Michelle and Brow.Girl to everyone. The environment was clean, professional, and welcoming.
