I wasn't getting any heat on Christmas day so I called a few places no one wanted to come because of the holidays. Then I called Brampton Furnace. Mr. Patel came and get my heat working. HE went above and beyond it was excellent service .
Had an issue with my furnace on Christmas Eve, An appointment was made and Tech “Umesh” was on time and fixed the furnace by following COVID-19 protocol.
Umesh was very thorough and helpful, explaining everything he was doing in the process and giving us home energy conservation tips along the way. Very friendly and courteous.
I will have no problem recommending this company to my friends
