  This is an edited repost to an initial review I gave Arta Auto Sales previously.
  
  Initially, I had written a negative review about my purchase. However, after having passed the problematic time of uncontrollable weather and having gotten to know the co-owner of Arta Auto Sales and the owner-operator of his garage/fix it shop Sam, I have discovered that Sam is a pretty stand up guy. A few weeks after having purchased my used vehicle from his wife, the engine light indicator turned on. Then, an Engine Coolant needed message came on. I purchased Audi OEM coolant and refilled it. The Engine Coolant needed message disappeared, leaving only the engine light indicator on. Less than a week later, the coolant needed message returned. I checked the level and it was low again. Clearly, there was a leak somewhere. I called Sam and informed him about the vehicle problem. He said to bring the vehicle in anytime and he will address any problems. I brought the vehicle in and his mechanics identified the problem(s) and informed me. Sam told me that he and his company stand by their products and sales and (more importantly) after purchase support. He informed me that if I just paid for the part needed, he would cover the many hours needed for labour. This was a fair proposal that helped solve the problem, while being a sustainable solution that can be repeated.
  
  The most humbling aspect to all this helpful service was the fact that Sam and his family already read my negative Google review. Even after knowing how unhappy and dissatisfied I was in the beginning, Sam still treated me respectfully on the phone and in person. Today is his day off and he is at his garage personally tending to my vehicle with one of his mechanics. This is the action of someone who follows up with his promises. He even told me that even though my purchase is new, he would still offer the same discount on repairs to vehicles his company sold a year or two later. The reason is that he and his family support their products and services. And so far, his actions speak to those words and support them.
  
  Even though Sam rebutted my negative Google review and I could have left it for future potential buyers to decide for themselves who speaks greater truths, I chose to retract my negative review and post a more current and accurate reflection of my present thoughts and feelings:
  
  Q) Am I satisfied with my purchase from Arta Auto Sales?
  A) Yes. I can honestly say that if I would repeat my initial purchase from them, despite the minor set backs I experienced.
  
  Q) Would I return to Arta Auto Sales for another purchase?
  A) I would absolutely include Arta Auto Sales in my portfolio of dealerships to consider for another vehicle purchase. In fact, I would rate Arta Auto Sales a Top Three dealership in Toronto. The integrity of the people are what makes the difference. Sam and his wife and sister are honest and hard working people who help return validity to an industry plagued by dishonesty and misrepresentation.
  
  Q) Would I refer/encourage family and/or friends to be customers of Arta Auto Sales?
  A) Absolutely. No question. I trust Sam and his family for the truth and their commitment to follow up support and care for their customers. Many many other dealerships sort of cattle usher you out the door and you are done. "Next". Not with Sam and his business. Even after your purchase, he still treats you like you have not even made one yet. SAME CONSISTENT RESPECT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS BEFORE AND AFTER THE PURCHASE.
  
  I have experienced such a turn around experience with Sam that I am even switching mechanics/body shops from my old garage near my house to his. And, I am even bringing him my wife's vehicle that I purchased from another dealership to fix. Sam's integrity and honesty have earned my trust and respect.
  
  If only more people and businesses behaved the same way Sam and his family and their businesses did, our world would be a better place.

  If you looking for nice car with good price , stop right here. Sam and Bahar honest and always helpful . 4 cars in 7 years and always will be back. Thanks Arta!

  Nice place to find pre-owned vehicle for reasonable price. Good location and lots of cars on yard to take a quick look. Very friendly and acknowledged owners. Made a good deal for us for couple times. Recommended!

  excellent service and very good prices. We are very happy with our new car since the time that we have picked it up. They helped us a lot to choose the right car and once we took the car we haven't have any issues what so ever. Definitely we will recommend them to our friends.
