(August 2, 2019, 7:38 pm)Dr. Shivji has been great. He is patient and very knowledgeable. However, Appletree Medical Group seems to be very unorganized.
They are terrible when you need to reach your doctor. When you call, it takes forever to actually speak to someone. And when you do, they rarely know how to help you. And if you need to ask your Doctor a quick question, they tell you to book an appointment.
There was one time that Appletree lost my blood work, and for 2 months no one could officially tell me what happened. They kept saying, "it's not ready, they're still working on it". I finally called around and found out it was lost 6 weeks prior.
Wouldn't recommend Appletree if you're looking for a family Doctor. -

(February 22, 2019, 4:31 pm)I totally don't get the negative reviews. I have been here a few times and they solved my problem each and every time. Everyone is very friendly, the place is spotlessly clean and the wait not too bad. I have had great doctors. Today it was Dr. Shivji again and he was awesome. I have never felt rushed. I highly recommend this clinic.
