(March 30, 2019, 1:07 am)I moved to the area a year ago and tried a couple of studios before Alive-Long Branch. The moment I walked up the stairs I felt a sense of home. The studio has an atmosphere of calmness and I feel immediately centered here. The people that work here are kind and welcoming. Nothing but great experiences with the teachers. Beautiful flow classes and mat Pilates that continue to challenge and strengthen my body and movement. Also- Aerial yoga is everything!
